About Me

If you are feeling stuck, inflamed, and tired, or feeling like something is not quite right, even though you’re doing everything “right”—you’re in the right place.

Sixteen years ago, as a new parent, my child was diagnosed with a food allergy, and suddenly, I was thrust into a frightening world I knew nothing about. One food allergy was soon followed by another, and then another. Before long, my child had more food allergies than I could keep track of, along with gut dysbiosis, eczema, and asthma.

It completely changed how we ate at home and how we interacted with the world. But it also sparked something in me: a deep curiosity and determination. I wanted to understand the how and the why behind what was happening, so I threw myself into learning everything I could and began the long journey of helping my child heal.

The path has not been linear. It has been scary, frustrating, and at times lonely. But along the way, there have been enormous gains, boundless learning, and my child is now thriving.

Through that experience, I discovered my calling. I learned about the incredible healing power of food, how the body is designed to heal when given the right support, and how all the body's systems work together in a delicate, interconnected balance. Most importantly, the journey gave me a deep empathy for individuals navigating their own health challenges—and a strong desire to help guide others toward healing.

That desire to learn more led me to the Nutrition Therapy Institute, where I have been studying Holistic Nutrition Therapy. Using a holistic approach, I work with clients to uncover the root cause of their symptoms. Through the power of nutrient-dense whole foods and sustainable lifestyle shifts, tailored to each person’s unique bio-individuality, I support my clients’ overall health and wellness, so they can restore balance, improve their health, and move toward their goals with confidence.
